I lived in Korea for a year and jumped a few times out there. There is no shortage of buildings (most buildings have easily accessible roofs without having to break anything), but there is a shortage of safe landing areas. The roads are covered in power lines. I will say, if the Korean law enforcement finds out you have jumped they will invest a lot of time trying to uncover who you are, low crime rate means those cops are bored. A few of the folks I was out there with got busted weeks after they made a jump. Send me a PM if you have any more questions.
