I fully agree withthe 42" thing said by others. But the question is 38" or 46"? GO 46"!!!

100 meters = 328 feet The pilot chute on a PCA deployment does 2 things: 1) serves as back-up for your helper (in case he drops your bridle early...) 2) it applies drag to your parachute (which affects your glide, honestly not sure how it affects the canopy's sink) So I would chose my PC based on the LZ and the amount of faith I had in my friend
