No, but look up the "El Mirasol" for the best filet I've had in all of South America...
It's near the yacht club and walking distance from the hilton (yes, also on the way back). Right next to it is an Italian place called BICÈ.
Have fun! It's a great city...

Yes, there are locals around. There seems to be a local A as well. That said, (high) construction is going on at the new Madero district, near the river. Be brave and try at like 4 in the morning.
