Baku Flame Towers

Hello everybody,
I have some very urgent and important questions, and I hope some of you might have the answers.
The Flame Towers of Baku are still under construction, but we are thinking of having at least one base-jumper going down there.
I need an expert to tell me, if this is even possible.
I haven't been up there myself yet, but as you can see in every picture. it is not a common roof.
Baku is also a city of wind, and the towers are only 1km away from the coast of the caspian sea.
If you could give me just an opinion, or tell me what kind of informations are needed to tell from distance, if its even possible...
...would be great.

I've locked this thread. We really do not welcome open discussion of most jump sites, or even potential jump sites.
it is not healthy for the object owners, or the BASE community, to attract unprepared jumpers.
plus, you really failed to introduce yourself. do you represent the ownership? the media? a promotion organizer? a wannabee jumper? law enforcement?
